Formula guidance：
Add Polyquaternium-10 directly to the cold water being stirred, and the temperature raises to 70-75°C to dissolve until uniform. Or without heating, adjust the pH of the solution to neutral by adding an appropriate amount of alkali to make it swelling rapidly no need heating.

Typically used at a level of 0.1~0.8%.
