Usage:
1,2-Hexanediol is mainly used to synthesize important raw materials for pesticides such
as pyrethroids, organic peroxides, cyclic musk, crosslinking agents for polyethylene
plastics, and polyether rubber. It is also used as a moisturizer and antibacterial agent in
cosmetics. It can also be used as an additive to make the formulations of other chemical
products more stable.
